Description

Super energy (4) is a members-only potion in RuneScape 3. It has 4 doses. Each dose restores 40% of your run energy. That means one potion can fill your run energy many times over.

This potion is great for players who move a lot. It helps you keep running while you do quests, skilling trips, or clue scrolls. When your run energy gets low, drink a dose and keep going.

Super energy potions are made with Herblore. Making one takes level 52 Herblore, a clean avantoe, a Mort myre fungus, and a vial of water. The 3-dose version is also used to make adrenaline potions and stamina potions, so this potion has more uses than just run energy.

Super energy (4) is tradeable and weighs nothing, so it will not slow you down. It is not stackable, so each potion takes one inventory slot. It cannot be bought from a store, since it is made by players.
