The Super prayer (3) is a 3-dose potion in RuneScape 3 that restores your Prayer points. Each dose gives back 70 points plus 35% of your maximum Prayer points. That means it can restore between 73 and 416 points, based on your Prayer level. At 99 Prayer, each dose restores 416 points. If you use a holy wrench, that number goes up to 436 points.

Players want this potion because it keeps Prayer points up during long fights. More Prayer points means more time using protection prayers and combat boosts.

This potion is made at level 94 Herblore by mixing a Prayer potion (3) with wyvern bonemeal or ground wyvern bones. Making it gives 270 Herblore experience. At level 117 Herblore, it can be combined with a primal extract and a spark chitin to make an extreme prayer potion.

You can also turn six or more doses into a super prayer flask with a potion flask. No level is needed for that. The Super prayer (3) is a members-only item. It is tradeable, can be noted, and stacks in note form.
