Toad crunchies are a gnome food item in RuneScape 3. Eating one heals up to 500 life points. The healing depends on your Constitution level. You need at least level 20 Constitution to get the full amount. This makes toad crunchies a handy low level food for training, questing, or early combat.

Toad crunchies come from Gnome cooking. Making them takes level 10 Cooking and Aluft Gianne snr.'s tutorial in the Grand Tree. The recipe uses Gianne dough, a crunchy tray, two toad's legs, gnome spice, and equa leaves. Each one gives 40 Cooking experience. You stop burning them at Cooking level 38. They are also a possible order in the Gnome Restaurant minigame, so they can help with those tasks too.

Tortoises north of the Tree Gnome Village also drop toad crunchies. The item is tradeable, noteable, and light at 0.25 kg. It can be disassembled under the Food and herbs category for Invention. It often gives organic parts and can rarely give enhancing, healthy, or living components. Toad crunchies first came to the game on 12 December 2002.
