Toad's legs are a members-only item in RuneScape 3. Players can eat them to heal 200 life points. They are also a key ingredient in gnome cooking and Herblore.

In gnome cooking, toad's legs are used to make tangled toad legs, toad battas, toad bowls, and toad crunchies. These foods are also used in the Gnome Restaurant minigame. In Herblore, toad's legs are added to an unfinished toadflax potion to make an agility potion. This needs level 34 Herblore and gives 80 experience.

Players normally get toad's legs by pulling the legs off a swamp toad. Swamp toads are found in swamps around RuneScape, such as the one in the Tree Gnome Stronghold. Swamp frogs can also drop them. Buying toad's legs skips this step and saves time.

Toad's legs are tradeable and noteable. They only stack when noted, and each one weighs 0.15 kg. They can also be disassembled for materials like organic parts and crafted parts.
