On its own, the bracelet has no combat stats. It gives no damage, accuracy, or armour, and it has no combat requirements. Its real value comes from enchanting. Cast the Lvl-3 Enchant spell on it, using 1 cosmic rune and 5 fire runes, to turn it into a headhunter's thrill. This spell needs level 49 Magic and gives 49 Magic experience plus 59 Crafting experience. The headhunter's thrill gives a chance for Slayer kills to not lower your task count while still giving Slayer experience. That makes it a smart pick for players who train Slayer often.
The bracelet can also be disassembled for Invention. It counts as Jewellery and gives 11.4 disassembly experience with 5 materials per item. Possible materials include Delicate parts, Connector parts, Smooth parts, Precious components, and Enhancing components.
