Description

The Tribal mask (green) is a members-only mask in RuneScape 3. It is also called a broodoo mask. It is a ceremonial wooden mask worn in the head slot. It gives no combat bonuses, so it is a cosmetic item. It weighs 2 kg.

In the game, this mask drops from the green broodoo victim during the Tai Bwo Wannai Cleanup minigame. Tribal masks come in three colors: orange, blue, and green.

The mask has a fun side effect. If a player wears it and talks to the villagers in Tai Bwo Wannai, the villagers get scared. They think the wearer is a broodoo victim.

The mask is also useful for Crafting. A player with level 35 Crafting can turn it into a broodoo shield (green). This takes two snakeskins and eight nails of any type. The player earns 100 Crafting experience for making the shield.

Players can store tribal masks in the armour case of the costume room in a player-owned house. This keeps bank space free. On the character model, the mask is large and reaches down past the chest.
