Description

The RS3 Broodoo shield (green) is a members-only Magic shield in RuneScape. It is an off-hand shield that needs level 25 Defence to wear. It has 76 Armour, 2.5% PvM damage reduction, and a Prayer bonus of 2.

This shield has a special passive effect in combat. It has a 10% chance to drain an enemy's Attack stat by 1, then 5% of what is left. The effect works when the enemy is in close range, has more than half of its Life points, and has its skills at base levels. The shield starts with 10 charges. Each time the effect triggers, one charge is used. When the charges run out, the shield keeps its normal stats but the effect stops. It cannot be recharged.

The green Broodoo shield is made from a green tribal mask with level 35 Crafting, two snakeskins, and eight nails. Crafting it gives 100 Crafting experience. It also has blue and orange versions for Melee and Ranged. The green shield is a solid pick for Magic users who want extra armour, a Prayer bonus, and a way to weaken enemies in a fight.
