Description

The Tribal mask (orange) is a members-only mask in RuneScape 3. It is also called a broodoo mask. You wear it in the head slot. It is a ceremonial wooden mask that gives no combat bonuses, so it is a cosmetic item. It weighs 2 kg and is tradeable and noteable.

Tribal masks come in three colours: orange, blue, and green. In the game, they drop from broodoo victims during the Tai Bwo Wannai Cleanup minigame. If you wear the mask and talk to villagers in Tai Bwo Wannai, they get scared. They think you are a broodoo victim coming to hurt them, so they will not talk to you until you take it off.

The mask is also useful for Crafting. With level 35 Crafting, you can turn it into a broodoo shield (orange). You need two snakeskins and eight nails of any type. This gives 100 Crafting experience.

You can store tribal masks in the armour case of the costume room in your player-owned house. The mask looks small in your chathead, but on your full character model it hangs down just past your chest.
