Description

Weapon poison+++ (3) is the strongest weapon poison in RuneScape 3. This three-dose vial coats your weapon with deadly poison for combat. It is a members-only item that is tradeable and noteable.

After you apply it, each hit has a 12.5% chance to poison your target. The buff lasts for 12 minutes. Each poison hit deals between 22.75% and 45.5% of your ability damage. The poison hits every 10 seconds and wears off after 3 minutes, but new hits can renew it.

Weapon poison+++ works even better with cinderbane gloves. The pair raises the base poison damage from 200 to 250, and the poison triggers more often than either one alone. This makes it a strong pick for bossing and high-level combat.

Making this potion takes level 100 Herblore. It is mixed from a three-dose weapon poison++, poison slime, and primal extract, and it gives 700 Herblore experience. You can also combine six or more doses with a potion flask to make a weapon poison+++ flask. No Herblore level is needed to fill a flask.
