Description

The Weapon poison+++ flask (6) is a potion flask in RuneScape 3 that holds six doses of weapon poison+++, the strongest weapon poison in the game. Each dose gives you a poison buff that lasts 12 minutes.

While the buff is active, each hit in combat has a 12.5% chance to poison your target. The poison deals between 22.75% and 45.5% of your ability damage per poison hit. Poison hits every 10 seconds and wears off after 3 minutes, but new hits can renew it. This makes the flask a strong pick for long fights and boss battles.

The flask pairs well with cinderbane gloves. Together, they raise the base poison damage from 200 to 250 and make the poison trigger more often than either one alone.

Making this potion yourself needs level 100 Herblore, but anyone can drink it from a flask. Once all six doses are used, the flask shatters and disappears. The six-dose flask is tradeable on the Grand Exchange and is a members only item. Weapon poison+++ is made from weapon poison++, poison slime, and primal extract.
