Description

The RS3 Willow shortbow is a Ranged weapon in RuneScape 3. It is a tier 20 bow that needs level 20 Ranged to wield. It fires arrows and has an attack range of 7 spaces. The bow has 316 accuracy and works well for low level rangers. It goes in the weapon slot and gives no armour bonus.

This bow is free-to-play. It used to be a members-only item. It was made free so free players could have stronger Ranged gear. The bow is tradeable and can be noted.

Players can make a willow shortbow with the Fletching skill at level 35. First, cut an unstrung willow shortbow from willow logs. This gives 33.3 Fletching experience. Then string it with a bowstring for more experience. Stringing many bows in a row is a fast way to train Fletching.

The bow can also be disassembled for Invention. It gives shortbow parts like Stave parts, Flexible parts, Tensile parts, Precise components, and Dextrous components. It also drops from Zamorak rangers and from Zombies in Tarn's Lair. Archery shops in Rimmington, the Ranging Guild, Lletya, and Varrock sell it too.
