Description
The wood box is a handy item in RuneScape 3 that stores logs while you train Woodcutting. This basic level 1 box holds regular logs and achey tree logs. It can store between 70 and 280 of each log type, based on your Woodcutting level and the box tier. The base wood box starts at a capacity of 70 and can reach 210. Completing the Everything Is Treemendous and Everything Is Still Treemendous achievements adds more space.
Filling the box is simple. Use the fill option in your backpack while you chop trees. The box can only be emptied at a bank, where all logs deposit into your bank at once. Items in the box do not add to your carried weight, so you can chop longer without stopping.
The wood box can be made with a knife and 6 bundles of logs at Fletching level 1. You can also upgrade it one tier at a time with 6 bundles of higher logs, all the way to the level 100 Eternal magic wood box. If you upgrade the Grove, the box can also hold bottled wood spirits, bird's nests with items, and crystal geodes.
