Description

The Wooden cat is a toy item in RuneScape 3. It looks like a small cat carved from wood. Players craft it at a crafting table in the workshop of a player-owned house. Making one takes a wooden plank and one piece of fur, such as bear fur or grey wolf fur. Each wooden cat made gives 15 Crafting experience.

Wooden cats are tied to the quest The Great Brain Robbery. During the quest, players need 10 of them to trick Rufus the meat trader into thinking they are real cats. Players cannot craft wooden cats until they reach that point in the quest.

This item is members only and can be traded with other players. It can also be noted, so it is easy to move in large numbers. It is very light at just 0.03 kg. Many players make wooden cats in big batches as a way to train the Crafting skill. Others buy them to skip the crafting work and finish the quest step fast. The wooden cat was added to the game on 6 March 2007.
