Worm crunchies are a gnome food item in RuneScape 3. Eating one heals 500 life points, which makes it a handy snack for low level training or light combat. The item is tradeable and noteable, and it weighs very little at 0.25 kg. Its examine text says it "actually smells quite good."

Worm crunchies come from Gnome cooking. Making them takes level 14 Cooking and Aluft Gianne snr.'s tutorial in the Grand Tree. Each one gives 44 Cooking experience. The recipe uses Gianne dough on a crunchy tray, plus two king worms, one equa leaves, and gnome spice. The crunchies are cooked at a range and finished with more gnome spice. They can burn at low levels, but they stop burning at level 38 Cooking.

These crunchies are also a possible order in Gnome Restaurant, a minigame, so keeping some on hand can save time. Players with the Invention skill can disassemble them too. They mostly give Organic parts, with small chances of Crafted parts, Enhancing components, Healthy components, and Living components. Worm crunchies were released on 12 December 2002 and are a classic piece of gnome cuisine.
