Description
Wyvern bones are members-only bones in RuneScape 3. They drop from wyverns and skeletal wyverns, which are dangerous monsters in the Asgarnian Ice Caves. These bones are best known as a key ingredient for super prayer potions.
Wyvern bones give 50 Prayer experience when buried. They give 175 experience at a gilded altar with two lit incense burners. They give 200 experience when used to worship the Ectofuntus. At the Ectofuntus, they can also be ground into wyvern bonemeal.
These are the only bones in the game with a Grind option. Players can crush them by hand or with the Telekinetic Grind spell. The ground bones are used to make super prayer potions, which restore prayer points and help players fight longer.
Wyvern bones are tradeable and noteable. They are not equipable or stackable, and each one weighs 0.5 kg. With the Underworld Grimoire 2 equipped, the bones can be picked up on their own and sent to focus storage. Most players do not use them for Prayer training since dragon bones give more experience. Their real value comes from making super prayer potions.
