Description

The Axeman's folly(4) is a keg that holds four pints of axeman's folly ale in Old School RuneScape. Each drink gives the same effects as a glass of axeman's folly, which adds one level to your Woodcutting skill for a short time. Players often use this boost to meet Woodcutting requirements for quests when their level is just a bit too low.

You can drink straight from the keg, or use beer glasses on it to pour out one pint at a time. Once a pint is in a glass, it cannot go back into the keg.

Making this keg takes level 49 Cooking. The ale is brewed in a fermenting vat with two buckets of water, two barley malt, one oak root, and one ale yeast. One batch makes eight pints, which is enough to fill two calquat kegs. Adding "the stuff" to the vat raises the chance of getting a mature batch from 5% to 64%.

Axeman's folly(4) is a members item. It is tradeable, cannot be stacked, and cannot be equipped. It is a handy item to keep for any task that calls for a quick Woodcutting boost.
