Black brutals are strong arrows in Old School RuneScape. They are the best pick for killing zogres and skogres at Jiggig. They also work well against chompy birds. These arrows have a ranged strength bonus of +22, the same ranged strength as ogre arrows.
Black brutals can only be fired from an ogre bow or a comp ogre bow. They are a members only item. They are stackable, tradeable, and equipable, and they weigh nothing, so they are easy to carry in large amounts.
Players can also make these arrows by adding black nails to flighted ogre arrows. This needs level 38 Fletching and gives 6.5 Fletching experience per arrow. Making them also requires partial completion of the Zogre Flesh Eaters quest.
