Buy OSRS Comp ogre bow

Description

The comp ogre bow is a members-only ranged weapon in Old School RuneScape. It came out with the Zogre Flesh Eaters quest. You need level 30 Ranged to wield it. To equip the bow, you must first talk to Grish during the quest, before the final battle.

This bow fires brutal arrows and ogre arrows. Brutal arrows work well against zogres. Ogre arrows are good for hunting chompy birds and jubblies. The bow has a ranged attack bonus of +38. It has the same attack bonus as the normal ogre bow but a faster attack speed, though its range is shorter.

The comp ogre bow is the only composite bow that can be made with the Fletching skill. Making it takes level 30 Fletching. You use a knife on achey tree logs with wolf bones in your inventory, then add a bow string. This gives 45 Fletching experience.

The bow also tracks your chompy bird kills. Click the check kills option to see your total from the Big Chompy Bird Hunting activity. This helps you find out if you qualify for a chompy bird hat.
