Many players wear the robe with the blue wizard hat and blue skirt for a matching look. The robe is light at 0.907 kg, and it is equipable, tradeable, and noteable. It is free-to-play and is not a quest item.
You can also make one with just level 1 Crafting. Use blue dye on a black robe to get 2.5 XP. Black dye turns it back into a black robe. In the game, the robe drops from level 9 Wizards, and it can also come from beginner Reward caskets and Elaborate lockboxes.
