Description
The earth talisman is an item in Old School RuneScape that opens the way to the Earth Altar. Use the talisman on the altar to get inside. Once inside, players can craft earth runes with the Runecraft skill. The talisman is a free-to-play item, so any player can use it.
The talisman can also be turned into an earth tiara. Making the tiara gives 32.5 Runecraft experience and uses up the talisman. The tiara can be worn, which frees up a spot in the inventory. Both the talisman and the tiara give access to the Earth Altar.
Members can use the earth talisman to craft combination runes. It makes dust runes at the Air Altar, mud runes at the Water Altar, or lava runes at the Fire Altar. The talisman is used up each time.
The earth talisman is tradeable and noteable, but it cannot be equipped and does not stack. It is a light item at 0.015 kg. Its examine text reads, "A mysterious power emanates from the talisman..." This makes it a handy pick for any player training Runecraft or crafting earth runes for spells.
