Description

The Gourmet impling jar is an item from Old School RuneScape. It holds a gourmet impling, a small creature caught in the Impetuous Impulses minigame. Players catch gourmet implings in Puro-Puro or around Gielinor. Catching one takes 28 Hunter with a butterfly net and an empty impling jar in the inventory.

Opening the jar gives food and cooking items. Common loot includes tuna, bass, curry, meat pie, chocolate cake, spice, and curry leaf. Rare loot includes noted sharks, lobsters, swordfish, and cooked karambwan. The jar also has a 1 in 25 chance to give an easy clue scroll and a 1 in 500 chance to give a grubby key. When looted, the jar returns as an empty impling jar, with a 10% chance it breaks.

The jar can also be traded to Elnock Inquisitor. One jar gets 3 empty impling jars. It can also be part of trades for imp repellent or a magic butterfly net.

The Gourmet impling jar is tradeable and noteable. It is a handy pick for players who want cheap food, clue scrolls, or Elnock trades without hunting implings themselves.
