Description

Green dye is a coloring item in Old School RuneScape. It is made by mixing blue dye and yellow dye. Both of those dyes can be made by Aggie, the dye maker in Draynor Village. Players can also buy green dye from Oronwen in Lletya. The dye is tradeable and can be turned into a note.

Green dye has many uses in crafting. Using it on a cape makes a green cape and gives 2.5 Crafting experience. It works on red, yellow, purple, pink, orange, blue, or black capes. Members who finish the Enlightened Journey quest can use the dye on an origami balloon to make a green balloon. Making a green balloon needs level 36 and gives 35 experience.

Green dye can also make other items. Players can use it with orange slices to make a dyed orange. It works with ogre bellows to make green dye bellows and with goblin mail to make green goblin mail. Ten green dyes can make a green sail, which needs level 41 and gives 27 experience. This dye is a handy item for players who want to color gear or train Crafting.
