Grimy torstol is a herb in Old School RuneScape that has not been cleaned yet. It is one of the most useful herbs in the game because it is the base for top potions. Players can trade it on the Grand Exchange.

Cleaning a grimy torstol needs level 75 Herblore and gives 15 Herblore experience. Once clean, torstol is used to make Super combat potions at level 90 Herblore or Zamorak brews at level 78 Herblore.

Getting this herb on your own takes work. It can be grown from a torstol seed with level 85 Farming, giving 224.5 experience per herb at harvest. It also drops from strong monsters like Skotizo, Cerberus, rune dragons, and the Kalphite Queen. One grimy torstol and 8 other grimy herbs can come from the Sinister chest in the Yanille Agility dungeon, opened with a Sinister key. It is one of five herbs you cannot get from the Sorceress's Garden.

Buying grimy torstol in bulk is a fast way to train Herblore and stock up on Super combat potions for bossing and slayer tasks. It can also be turned into supercompost for Farming.
