Description
Ground guam is a members item in Old School RuneScape. It is made by using a pestle and mortar on a guam leaf. The result is a fine herb powder used in a few recipes.
The main use for ground guam is making fish food. Combine it with ground seaweed on an empty fish food box to make fish food. You can also add ground guam to an empty fish food box on its own to make guam in a box.
Ground guam can also train Herblore. With a pestle and mortar in your inventory and level 19 Herblore, use ground guam on a stack of at least 15 swamp tar. This makes 15 guam tar and gives 30 Herblore experience.
Note that ground guam cannot be used to make potions. It will not work in place of a clean guam leaf for an attack potion or any other potion.
Ground guam is tradeable and noteable. It cannot be equipped and does not stack. It weighs 0.056 kg. Its examine text reads: "One of the ingredients for making fish food."
