Description
A jug of water is a basic item in Old School RuneScape. It is a jug filled with water from a sink or fountain. You cannot fill a jug at a well. The Humidify spell can also fill all the empty jugs in your inventory at once.
You cannot drink a jug of water. It is used to make other things. Players use it for bread dough, pastry dough, pitta dough, and pizza bases. It also makes soft clay, mud pie, and jugs of wine. Wine makers add grapes to a jug of water to start the wine. It can fill waterskins too. One jug of water is needed in the Monk's Friend quest to sober up Brother Cedric.
This item is free-to-play and tradeable. It can be noted but does not stack. It weighs 1 kg. Its options are Use, Empty, and Drop.
A jug of water saves time for cooks, crafters, and anyone training Cooking or Crafting. Filling jugs by hand takes many trips to a water source near a bank. Having jugs of water ready means you can skip that step and get right to making dough, soft clay, or wine.
