Description
The jug is a simple empty container in RuneScape 3. It is a free-to-play item that is tradeable, stackable, and noteable. It weighs 0.453 kg and cannot be equipped.
The main use for a jug is holding water. Fill it at a sink, fountain, or well to make a jug of water. Jugs of water are used in Cooking to make bread dough, pastry dough, pitta dough, pizza bases, and pies. They are also used to brew wine, make soft clay, fill waterskins, and fill watering cans. A jug of water is the tertiary ingredient for infusing spirit jelly pouches in Summoning.
Players with level 68 Magic can cast the Humidify spell to fill 28 jugs at once. The spell uses 1 Fire rune, 3 Water runes, and 1 Astral rune. A jug can also be used with a pestle and mortar and a neem drupe to make neem oil.
Jugs save time for players who skip stealing them from Fortunato's stall in Draynor Village or collecting them from spawn points in Lumbridge Castle, the Crafting Guild, and other kitchens.
