Description

The Waterskin (4) is a full waterskin with four drinks of water. It is a members-only item in RuneScape 3. Players use it to survive the desert heat effect in the Kharidian Desert. Without a waterskin, the heat causes dehydration and drains health.

The waterskin works on its own. Players drink from it automatically while they move or do other actions in the desert. The number in the name shows how many drinks are left, from (0) to (4). It takes about 1 minute and 45 seconds to use one drink when wearing a desert shirt, desert robe, and desert boots.

Refilling is simple. Use the waterskin on any water source to fill it all the way. Water-filled jugs, bowls, buckets, and vials also add drinks. Cutting a Kharidian cactus adds one drink and gives 10 Woodcutting experience. The Lunar spell Humidify refills every waterskin in the inventory at once.

The Waterskin (4) is tradeable and noteable. It is also one of the possible items needed for City Quests in Menaphos. It is a must-have for desert training, quests, and travel in the Kharidian Desert.
