The magic longbow is a two-handed bow in Old School RuneScape made from magic logs. It needs a Ranged level of 50 to wield and can fire arrows up to amethyst. It gives a +69 Ranged attack bonus and has an attack range of 10 tiles. That range is 3 tiles more than the magic shortbow, though it fires 2 ticks slower.

The bow has three combat styles. Accurate gives a +3 boost to your Ranged level. Rapid fires faster at 5 ticks instead of 6. Longrange gives a +3 boost to your Defence level.

Its special attack is called Powershot. It always hits the target and uses 35% of your special attack energy. This makes it handy when you need a hit that cannot miss.

Players can also make this bow with a Fletching level of 85. Cutting magic logs into an unstrung bow gives 91.5 Fletching experience. Stringing it with a bow string gives another 91.5 experience. The bow is a members-only item and can be traded to other players. It is a solid pick for mid-level rangers who want extra attack range and a reliable special attack.
