Description

Obsidian platelegs are a members-only leg armour in Old School RuneScape. They are part of the obsidian armour set. You need level 60 Defence to wear them.

These platelegs stand out because they give a +1 Strength bonus. Very few leg slot items give any Strength bonus at all. They also offer solid defence, with +46 stab, +43 slash, +41 crush, and +40 ranged. The magic defence is -10.

The real power comes from the full set. When you wear the obsidian platelegs with the obsidian helmet and obsidian platebody, all obsidian weapons get a 10% boost to melee accuracy and melee strength. This damage bonus also stacks with the berserker necklace, so you can hit even harder.

In the game, these platelegs can be bought from TzHaar-Hur-Zal's Equipment Store for 100,500 Tokkul, or 87,100 with Karamja gloves. They can also drop from the level 221 TzHaar-Ket at a rate of 1 in 2,000. The item is tradeable and noteable, and it can be stored in the armour case of a costume room as part of the full set.
