Description

Raw anchovies are a small fish in Old School RuneScape. Players catch them with a small fishing net at level 15 Fishing. Each catch gives 40 Fishing experience. They are a solid way to train Fishing from level 15 to 20.

Raw anchovies can be cooked into anchovies. Cooking them needs level 1 Cooking and gives 30 Cooking experience. Cooked anchovies heal 1 hit when eaten. Some fish may burn while cooking. Raw anchovies can also be turned into fish offcuts for 2 experience.

Fishing spots for raw anchovies are found in many places. These include Draynor Village, Catherby beach, Al Kharid, Mudskipper Point near Port Sarim, north-east Karamja, Lumbridge Swamp, Entrana, the Barbarian Outpost, the Fishing Platform, Feldip Hills, Piscarilius, and a small pond at the Wilderness Bandit Camp. They also come from other sources like the Fishing Trawler, H.A.M. Members and Guards, drift net fishing, hermit crabs, and supply crates.

Raw anchovies are tradeable and noteable. They are not stackable and cannot be equipped. Each fish weighs 0.12 kg. The item ID is 321, and the fish was released on 11 June 2001.
