Rune arrowtips are members-only items in Old School RuneScape. They are the tips used to make rune arrows, one of the best arrow types for ranged combat. They are stackable and weigh nothing, so they are easy to keep in your inventory or bank.
To fletch rune arrows, you need level 75 Fletching. Use the arrowtips with headless arrows to get 187.5 Fletching experience per 15 arrows made. You can also use them with seeking headless arrows to make seeking rune arrows, which gives 187 experience per 15 arrows. This makes rune arrowtips a solid pick for training Fletching at higher levels.
Players can also smith these tips at level 90 Smithing. One runite bar gives 15 rune arrowtips and 75 Smithing experience. Buying the tips instead saves you the time and the high Smithing level needed to make them yourself.
In the game, rune arrowtips can be found at ranging shops like Hickton's Archery Emporium in Catherby, Dargaud's Bow and Arrows in the Ranging Guild, and the Void Knight Archery Store. They also drop from Wyrms, Shadow Wyrms, and Crystal implings.
