Description
The Sunlight antelope antler is a Fletching material in Old School RuneScape. It comes from sunlight antelopes, which live in the far east of the Avium Savannah. Hunting them takes level 72 Hunter, and each antelope always drops one antler.
The antler has two main uses. With level 74 Fletching, a chisel, and a hunters' crossbow, players can upgrade to the hunters' sunlight crossbow. With level 62 Fletching and a chisel, one antler makes 12 sunlight antler bolts and gives 10 Fletching experience.
Sunlight antler bolts are the ammo for the hunters' sunlight crossbow, which needs 66 Ranged to use in practice. The bolts give a +55 ranged attack bonus. They are stackable and tradeable, and they weigh nothing. Weapon poison cannot be applied to them, but they do work with Ava's devices from Animal Magnetism. The crossbow and bolts also work correctly with Dizana's quiver.
This antler is a smart pick for players training Fletching or building a ranged setup around the sunlight crossbow. It weighs only 0.3 kg, so it is easy to carry. Skipping the Hunter grind saves time and gets players straight to fletching.
