Swampbark gauntlets are a hands slot item in Old School RuneScape. They are part of the swampbark armour set, a members-only magic armour. You need level 50 Magic and level 50 Defence to wear them.
The gauntlets give a Magic attack bonus of +3. They also give solid defence for their slot, with +4 Stab, +3 Slash, +5 Crush, and +4 Magic. This makes them a good pick for mages who want extra protection while casting spells.
Players can make swampbark gauntlets with level 42 Runecraft. To do this, bring splitbark gauntlets and 100 nature runes to the Nature Altar. You must first read the runescroll of swampbark to learn how. Making the gauntlets grants 5 Runecraft XP. This can also be done at the Nature Altar in the Guardians of the Rift minigame.
The gauntlets do not add to the set effect that makes bind spells last longer. Only the helm, body, and legs do that. Still, the gauntlets round out the full swampbark look and add useful stats. You can store them in a magic wardrobe in a player-owned house. They weigh 0.907 kg.
