The Whiteberry seed is a Farming seed in Old School RuneScape. Plant it in a bush patch to grow a bush of white berries. You need level 59 Farming to plant this seed. Only one seed is needed per patch.
The bush takes 160 minutes to fully grow. It grows in 8 stages, and each stage takes 20 minutes. Once the bush is grown, it will regrow more berries over time. Each harvest gives 4 or more white berries, and the amount can vary.
White berries are useful for Herblore. Players use them to make defence potions and super defence potions. This makes the seed a smart pick for anyone training both skills.
A gardener near the patch can watch the bush for you. The payment is 8 bittercap mushrooms. This protects the bush from disease while it grows.
