Description

The willow longbow is a bow in Old School RuneScape made from willow logs. You need level 20 Ranged to use it. It can fire arrows up to mithril, which makes it a solid pick for training Ranged at lower levels.

This bow has a longer attack range than the willow shortbow, but it shoots slower. It gives a ranged attack bonus of +20. You can pick from three combat styles. Accurate gives extra Ranged experience. Rapid shoots faster. Longrange gives extra Defence experience. All three styles reach targets up to 10 tiles away.

The willow longbow is not members only, so free players can use it too. It is tradeable, equipable, and noteable. It weighs 1.814 kg. You will also need four willow longbows for the quest Shadows of Custodia.

Players with level 40 Fletching can make this bow. Use a knife on willow logs to make an unstrung bow, then add a bowstring. Each step gives 41.5 Fletching experience. If you would rather skip the work, buying a willow longbow is a quick way to gear up for Ranged training or quest needs.
