Description

The Antifire (1) is a one dose potion in RuneScape 3. When you drink it, it gives you partial protection from a dragon's fire breath. Each dose lasts exactly 6 minutes.

This potion works best with a shield. Pair it with an anti-dragon shield or a dragonfire shield and you get full immunity to dragonfire. That combo is very useful when fighting metal dragons or the King Black Dragon. The potion alone will not fully protect you, and Protect from Magic does not help on its own.

The game warns you before the effect ends. A chat message says your resistance is about to run out. A second message appears when it is gone, so you always know when to drink another dose.

Drinking an antifire can also protect you from the special effect of enchanted dragonstone bolts, though some damage still gets through.

Antifire (1) is a members item and it is tradeable. Players make it with 69 Herblore by mixing clean lantadyme and dragon scale dust in a vial of water. Keep a few doses ready before any dragon fight and take far less damage.
