Buy RS3 Bane square shield
Description
The Bane square shield is a tier 75 melee shield in RuneScape 3. You need level 80 Defence to wear it. It goes in the shield slot and gives 338.8 armour, a 210 life points bonus, and 7.5% damage reduction against monsters. It is a members-only item and it can be traded with other players.
Players can upgrade this shield with bane bars at a forge and anvil. It goes up one step at a time, all the way to the plus 4 version. The plus 4 shield is tier 79, gives 375.2 armour, and is the strongest square shield in the game. Each upgrade raises the tier and the armour.
The shield wears down in combat and can break. It can be fixed at an armour stand, a whetstone, an anvil with bane bars, or by a character who repairs gear. It is light at just 0.01 kg, and it can be noted or taken apart for parts.
The Bane square shield can also be combined with a bane full helm, platebody, and platelegs to form a banite armour set at the Grand Exchange.
