The Black plateskirt (h1) is a heraldic version of the black plateskirt in RuneScape 3. It has the same stats as the standard black plateskirt, but it stands out with a special heraldic design on the front. Players like it as a decorative item that adds style to a melee outfit.

This is a tier 25 tank armour piece for the legs slot. It needs level 25 Defence to wear. It gives 83.8 armour, a life points bonus of 375, and small damage reduction of 0.5% in PvM and 1.3125% in PvP. It weighs 9.071 kg and is tradeable, equipable, and noteable.

The plateskirt is a possible reward from easy clue scroll caskets in the Treasure Trails Distraction and Diversion. It cannot be made with the Smithing skill, and players cannot decorate it themselves.

It is part of the black heraldic armour set 1. Together with the black platebody (h1), black shield (h1), and black helm (h1), it can be stored in a treasure chest in the costume room of a player-owned house. It can also be disassembled for 7.5 XP and always gives one Fortunate component.
