Description

The Black helm (h1) is a black helmet with a heraldic design in RuneScape 3. It is a special version of the normal black helm. It has the same stats and the same requirements to wear as the plain black helm.

This helm is a possible reward from an easy reward casket in the Treasure Trails Distraction and Diversion. Players cannot make heraldic armour with the Smithing skill, and it cannot be decorated.

The helm is tier 25 tank armour for the melee class. It needs level 25 to wear and fits in the helm slot. It gives 76.2 armour and a bonus of 250 life points. It also gives 0.5% damage reduction against monsters and 0.9375% damage reduction against players. It has no prayer bonus and lowers accuracy for Ranged, Magic, and Necromancy.

Players who collect the full set can store it in a treasure chest in a costume room of a player-owned house. The set needs the black platebody (h1), black platelegs (h1) or black plateskirt (h1), and the black shield (h1). It counts as an easy-level set. The helm can also be taken apart for materials, and it always gives one Fortunate component.
