Blowpipe fins are a rare drop in RuneScape 3. They come from the dinosaur Slayer monsters of Anachronia. These monsters are the Ripper dinosaur, the Venomous dinosaur, the Feral Dinosaur, and the Brutish dinosaur. The drop is very rare, with rates from 1 in 20,000 down to 1 in 5,400 depending on conditions.

The fins have one main job. Players combine them with the bone blowpipe, blowpipe chitin, and a blowpipe feather to make the upgraded bone blowpipe. The bone blowpipe is a tier 50 two-handed thrown ranged weapon that needs no ammo. If you want the upgraded version, you need these fins.

Buying blowpipe fins saves you from long hours of hunting dinosaurs for a rare drop. The item is members-only, tradeable, and noteable. It can also be disassembled, with possible components like Organic parts, Evasive components, and Silent components. The base junk chance is 98.9 percent, so most players use the fins for the upgrade instead.
