The upgraded bone blowpipe is a strong ranged weapon in RuneScape 3. It is a two-handed thrown weapon that needs level 87 Ranged to wield. It has tier 90 accuracy and tier 85 damage, with 2458 accuracy and 1224 ability damage. It never needs ammo, so you save money on every fight.

The blowpipe is always poisoned. It also has a special passive effect. Poison hits land twice as often, but each hit does half the damage. This means poison from the blowpipe or from weapon poison potions hits every 4.8 seconds instead of 9.6. Note that this effect also halves poison damage from cinderbane gloves without raising their proc chance.

The weapon degrades over 60,000 charges of combat and can be repaired. A full repair costs 3,500,000 coins, and it costs less on an armour stand or whetstone. You get a 0.5% discount per Smithing level with these methods. It can also be augmented with an augmentor.

This weapon is made at level 87 Fletching and Crafting from a bone blowpipe plus chitin, a feather, and fins, all dropped by dinosaur Slayer monsters on Anachronia.
