Description

Bones to Bananas is a spell in the RuneScape 3 Standard Spellbook. It needs level 15 Magic to cast and gives 25 Magic experience each time. One cast uses 2 Water runes, 2 Earth runes, and 1 Nature rune.

The spell turns all normal bones, big bones, and monkey bones in your backpack into bananas. Each banana heals up to 200 life points. This lets you stay in combat longer without a trip to the bank. The spell also comes in a magic tablet version, and it works in Daemonheim.

A Staff of Water removes the need for Water runes. A Mud Battlestaff, which is members only, removes the need for both Water and Earth runes. Bananas are also used in Summoning to make the Fruit bat familiar and as a cheap source of fruity mush.

Players who finish the hard Lumbridge achievements get a 50% chance to cast the spell without using runes, up to 10 times per day. The runes still need to be in the backpack. Bones to Bananas is a simple way to make food fast and keep training without stopping.
