Buy RS3 Bronze crossbow (unstrung)

Description

The bronze crossbow (unstrung) is a bronze crossbow in RS3 before a string is added. It is a free-to-play item that can be traded and noted. It cannot be worn or stacked, and it weighs 8 kg.

Players make this item with the Fletching skill. At level 9 Fletching, use a wooden stock with bronze crossbow limbs to make one. This gives 12 Fletching experience. To finish it, add a crossbow string. This gives 6 more experience and turns it into a bronze crossbow, an off-hand bronze crossbow, or a bronze 2h crossbow.

The item can also be disassembled with the Invention skill. It sits in the Crossbows and stocks category and gives 1.2 disassembly experience. Each one yields 4 materials with a 95.6% base junk chance. Possible parts include Connector parts, Spiked parts, Tensile parts, Stunning components, and Dextrous components.

This item was added to the game on 31 July 2006. It was first called Bronze c'bow (u), then renamed in January 2017 before getting its current name. It is a simple pick for players training Fletching at low levels or hunting for parts.
