Coconut milk is needed to make four strong potions. Antipoison+ needs Herblore level 68 and clean toadflax. Weapon poison+ needs level 73 and cactus spine. Antipoison++ needs level 79 and clean irit. Weapon poison++ needs level 82 and cave nightshade. The antipoisons block poison damage. The weapon poisons give attacks a chance to poison the target.

Making coconut milk from scratch takes work. A player must get a coconut, break it open, and pour it into an empty vial. Buying coconut milk skips those steps. It is a smart pick for players who want to train Herblore fast or stock up on poison protection for combat.
