The Cured yak-hide is a Crafting material in RuneScape 3. It is a yak-hide that has been cured by Thakkrad Sigmundson on Neitiznot for 5 coins. Curing normally requires partial completion of The Fremennik Isles quest. Once cured, the hide is ready to be cut and sewn into armour.

With a needle and thread, cured yak-hides can be made into yak-hide armour. One cured yak-hide makes yak-hide legs at level 43 Crafting. Two cured yak-hides make a yak-hide body at level 46 Crafting. Each piece gives 32 Crafting experience.

Cured yak-hides are tradeable and noteable, so they are easy to store and move in bulk. Each hide weighs 0.453 kg. The item can also be disassembled for Invention.
