It is the fifth strongest crossbow in the game that does not degrade, so it never breaks down from use.
This crossbow is a solid choice for mid-level Ranged training and combat. It is also a key step toward one of the best crossbows in the game. Take it to Ocellus outside the Monastery of Ascension with six Ascension signets and 100 ascension shards to make an ascension crossbow.
Players can also make the dragon crossbow with the Fletching skill. Using a crossbow string on an unstrung dragon crossbow needs level 94 Fletching and gives 100 experience.
The dragon crossbow is a members-only item. It is tradeable, equipable, noteable, and can be disassembled. It weighs 2 kg and gives no armour or defensive bonuses.
