The emerald is a cut green gemstone in RuneScape 3. It is used in the Crafting and Fletching skills. Players use emeralds to make jewelry and bolt tips that help in many parts of the game.

With Crafting, an emerald can be made into a ring, necklace, bracelet, or amulet. These items can be enchanted into useful gear. The emerald ring becomes a Ring of duelling, which teleports you to minigame spots. The necklace becomes a Binding necklace, giving a 100% success rate when crafting combination runes. The bracelet becomes a Castle wars brace for the Castle Wars minigame. The amulet becomes an Amulet of defence with defence and strength bonuses. With level 58 Fletching, one emerald can be cut into 12 emerald bolt tips. These tips can become emerald bolts (e) at level 60, which deal 576 damage and have a 55% chance to poison the enemy. At level 93, players can make emerald bakriminel bolts (e) for even more damage.
