Description
Emerald bolt tips are a Fletching item in RuneScape 3. They are made by using a chisel on a cut emerald at Fletching level 58. Each cut emerald gives 12 tips and 5.5 Fletching experience. The tips are stackable and tradeable.
These tips turn plain bolts into stronger ammo. At level 58 Fletching, attach them to mithril bolts to make emerald bolts. At level 93 Fletching, attach them to bakriminel bolts to make emerald bakriminel bolts. Attaching 10 tips to 10 mithril bolts gives 55 Fletching experience.
Emerald bolts need level 50 Ranged to use. With level 27 Magic, players can enchant them into emerald bolts (e). Enchanted bolts have the Magical Poison effect. It has a 55% chance to poison the target for 4% of the player's weapon damage. Emerald bolts are among the strongest bolts in free-to-play, and they need the lowest Fletching level of that group.
Emerald bolt tips are great for players who train Fletching, make their own ammo, or want cheap poison bolts for Ranged combat. They can also be disassembled for base parts, head parts, spiked parts, and stunning components.
