Description
The Fungal spore is a crafting material in RuneScape 3. These round spores of fungus come from the Croesus Front. Players gather them from decaying Lumbridge and Varrock guards in the south-east part of the front. This is a Hunter action that needs level 88 Hunter, and the level can be boosted.
Fungal spores have a low cost, which makes them a great choice for making mushy mush. Mushy mush is the only food that a zygomite at the player-owned farm will eat. Spores can also be used to make variety mush at a trough. They are an ingredient in Sana's fyrtorch along with magic logs, Croesus flakes, and timber fungus. They are also needed for the seed bag, also called the Croesus spore sack.
Fungal spores are gathered faster than other fungal items at the Croesus Front. The item is tradeable and noteable. It can be disassembled for simple parts or, on rare occasions, variable components. It does not stack, cannot be equipped, and weighs 0.05 kg. Stocking up on fungal spores is a simple way to keep zygomites fed and to craft useful Croesus items.
