Description
The Fungal visor is a magic head armour in RuneScape 3. It is part of the fungal armour set. You need 25 Defence to wear it. It is a tier 25 tank armour worn in the head slot, so it works well for low level mages who want extra protection.
The visor gives 76 armour. It also gives a small damage reduction of 0.5% in PvM and 0.9375% in PvP. It has no Prayer bonus. It is light too, weighing only 0.4 kg.
This item is player made. It is crafted by sewing 300 fungal flakes onto a mycelium visor web with thread. The visor degrades over 30,000 charges of combat, which is about 10 hours of fighting. When it fully degrades, it turns back into a mycelium visor web. You can repair a partly degraded visor with fungal flakes, at 3 flakes per 1%. You can also clean the visor at any time to get the web back plus half of the remaining charges in flakes.
The Fungal visor is a members item. It is tradeable, noteable, and can be disassembled for parts.
